David Hanak What the new Apple Watch models will look like has been known for some time. A few moments ago, Tim Cook and co. they introduced a new generation that will be with us for at least the whole coming year. It looks like it's going to be worth it, so let's recap what we learned during the presentation aside from being the most popular watch in the world.
- The new generation of Apple Watch will carry the label Series 4
- In all respects it is better and more sophisticated than the predecessor
- The new display is more stretched to the sides and, compared to previous generations, is o more than 30% larger (40 and 44mm)
- Series 4 are thinner than Series 3, body size as such is generally the same
- Apple has created several new ones Complications and Watch Faces with the possibility of further personalization
- The user interface is reworked so that it can use the new displays
- The display will now fit Mrmuch more information, than ever before
- The regular breathing app is now also available as a Watch Face
- The digital crown has also been completely redesigned, now offering haptic response
- The speaker is newly o 50% louder and the sound performance is better, as well as the microphone pickup quality
- Thanks to the new design, the Series 4 can to receive the signal better
- Inside is the all-new S4 processor, featuring a 64-bit dual-core processor that's up to twice as fast, than its predecessor
- Series 4 includes a new generation accelerometer that is capable of recording double the data
- Series 4 are now able to record user crash and help by calling for help, or call for help directly after a minute of inactivity
- 3 new features related to heart rate - notification of suspected low heart activity, abnormal heart rhythm and EKG (electrocardiogram)
- On the back and on the crown there are sensors that allow ECG measurement (evaluation takes 30 seconds)
- The aforementioned functions together create complex picture about the health status of the user, especially focusing on the heart and potential diseases
- Regular and comprehensive measurement can recognize signs of dangerous events and deteriorating user health
- The aforementioned features have passed in the United States certification and will be considered as a medical examination
- Battery life is the same as in the case of Series 3 (18 hours), endurance in GPS mode is now 6 hours (previously 4)
- Silver, Gold and Space Gray variant in the case aluminum body and Silver, Gold and Space Black in the case steel body (with sapphire crystal)
- Series 4 offers backward compatibility with all bracelets sold so far
- The Series 4 will go on sale from September 14, with availability a week later
- In the Czech Republic so far will not be available models with LTE support
and GPS - Prices are set at 399 dollars for the GPS version, 499 dollars for the LTE version
- Series 3 received a discount and will also still available

Personally, I think that the size of the body of the watch and of course the display has changed. I looked at the specifications of the watch 3 and it is clearly written about the overall dimensions of 38 and 42 mm
"In the Czech Republic, models with LTE and GPS support will not be available yet"
Am I to understand that the rear v4 will not actually be available?
With this increase in the display compared to the 42mm model, it is a difference since the Apple watch 4 has a size of 44mm.
