Pavel Jelic Today's date, that is 10. November 2020, will forever be written down in history, at least in the apple history. Today is the third Apple Event this fall, where we will almost certainly see the presentation of new computers with Apple Silicon processors. The fact that Apple is working on its own processors has been leaked for several years. This June, at the developer conference WWDC20, the Californian giant confirmed the arrival of Apple Silicon and promised that we can look forward to the first Macs with these processors at the end of this year. The end of this year is here, together with the last conference of the year - so if Apple fulfills its promise, we will really see the first devices with Apple Silicon processors tonight. This is also indicated by the fact that the apple company shut down its Apple Online Store a few minutes ago.
Unfortunately, it doesn't happen to most fans, anyway, the most important conference in the last few years will take place today. Intel processors will gradually cease to be found in Apple computers, which will be replaced by Apple's own Silicon processors. This entire transition to Apple Silicon should be completed within two years for all Apple computers. It should be noted that such a change last took place 14 years ago, i.e. in 2006, when Apple switched from PowerPC processors to Intel.
