Apple is surprised by the huge interest in the Apple iPad and unfortunately the start of international sales of the iPad is being pushed back. Although just a few days ago Steve Jobs talked about the fact that the start of sales at the end of April outside the US is not threatened, the opposite is true.
More than half a million iPads were sold in the first week of sales in the US alone. And sales of the 3G version, which are only being pre-ordered in the US, have not yet started. Unfortunately, this means that the sale of the iPad in other markets is postponed until the end of May. Pre-orders for international markets will be announced on May 10. Apple will also announce more details about the start of international sales later today.
We can therefore assume that the iPad will not be available in the Czech Republic even at the end of May. If the original scheme is followed, then the Czech Republic will not be in this wave of initial sales. Will we see an iPad at least this summer?
I think we will officially see the iPad in the fall after the launch of OS4 on the iPad, which will also include other localizations... it is highly unlikely...
Unfortunately, I see it the same way..
I see it the same way, thank God ;) I like the iPhone and respect other Apple products, but this device is really a farce...
Nothing that makes money is a farce :-) Apparently Apple hit a hole in the market :-)
