Apple improves its Maps gradually and perhaps too slowly for domestic users. In January of this year, the company announced a large package of changes that it will integrate into the application, but of course we were forgotten. In fact, it can display free parking spaces in more than eight thousand locations, where it is also possible to define whether they contain the possibility of charging an electric car. Waze is introducing this specifically only now, when Apple has overtaken it. But Waze is made up of a community, so we will see this information here as well.
However, Apple is now finally starting to focus more on Central Europe. Specifically, in Slovakia, Austria, Croatia, Poland, Hungary and Slovenia, he is testing the improvement of his documents. You will find better road markings, contours lining the streets, and 3D models of selected locations are also expected. In the end, however, it is nothing more than a clarification of the documents, although that is perhaps the most important thing we want here.

Refining the maps will certainly take some time, because it does not yet cover even the entire capital cities, such as Prague or Bratislava, so it is clear that it will be a long way to go before they reach the districts and municipalities. In neighboring Germany, however, the conversion to detailed maps has already been completed. However, Apple announced new detailed maps already in 2018, when this news is reaching us to a greater extent only now. Maybe it will be done in five years.
