Apple managed to get another first place in the customer access rating. This time the customer support was appreciated. At the same time, Cupertino defeated major players from the world of computers.

Server & Hosting Laptop Mag already annually publishes a study where it independently evaluates the customer support of technology companies. The editors then anonymously impersonate customers and ask questions to telephone support and on the Internet. Apple did very well this year and ranked first.

The Californian company managed to get a total of 91 points out of a possible hundred. It is not the first time, because Apple has been doing well in this category for a long time and is beating even companies like Dell, which rely on support. For our readers, we must add that the research was primarily concerned with the US market and the results correspond to that.

Apple's customer support staff thus responded the fastest and, most importantly, accurately both over the phone and via live chat or social networks. The average request resolution time stopped at 6 minutes, which was an excellent result.

Apple even beat Dell or Microsoft

Razer, best known for its gaming PCs and gear, jumped in second. It finished essentially just three points behind Apple with a total score of 88. Razer even managed to score the highest in the web support category, scoring 58 out of a possible 60 points (Apple had 54 points).

Dell finished third with a distance of 13 points, followed by Samsung with a distance of 18 points. For example, Microsoft placed just above Huawei with 64 points, which is not a very good result.
