The current Covid-19 pandemic has greatly changed the entire world. With a view to limiting the spread of the virus, companies have therefore switched to the so-called home office and schools to distance learning mode. Of course, Apple did not escape this either. His employees moved to their home environment already at the beginning of the pandemic itself, and it is still not 100% clear when they will actually return to their offices. Practically, the entire world has been decimated by the aforementioned pandemic for almost two years. But this probably leaves Apple calm, because despite this, the giant invests considerable sums in its retail Apple Store, as it is constantly building new ones or renovating the existing ones.

Apple is getting ready to return to the office

As we already hinted at in the introduction itself, the coronavirus understandably affected everyone, including Apple. This is precisely why the employees of this Cupertino giant moved to the so-called home office and worked from home. In the past, however, there have already been several reports that Apple is preparing to return its employees to the offices. But there is a catch. Due to the unfavorable development of the pandemic situation, it has already been postponed several times. For example, by now everything should have been running in a rut. But as another wave is gaining strength around the world, Apple has planned a return for January 2022.

But last week there was another postponement, according to which some employees will begin to return to their offices in early February 2022. According to the CEO of Apple, Tim Cook, they will stay in them only on certain days of the week, while the rest will go to the home office.

Investment in Apple Stores is increasing

Whatever the situation with the current pandemic, it seems that nothing is stopping Apple from making serious investments. According to the latest news, the giant is investing considerable sums in its Apple Store retail branches around the world, which are either renovating or opening new ones. Although no one knows yet how the situation with the Covid-19 disease will continue to develop, Apple probably views this problem very positively and wants to prepare properly at all costs. After all, several branches prove this.

But if other companies opened new branches, no one would be so surprised. But Apple Story is not just any retail store. These are completely unique places that combine the world of luxury, minimalism and precise design. And it is already clear to everyone that something like this cannot be done at low costs. But let's now move on to individual examples.

For example, last September saw the opening of the first Apple Store in Singapore, which literally captivated not only the apple world, but also architects around the world. This store resembles a huge glass mine that seems to be levitating on water. From the outside, it is already impressive because it is completely made of glass (from a total of 114 pieces of glass). Anyway, it doesn't end there. Inside, there are several floors, and from the upper one the visitor has an almost perfect view of the surroundings. There is also a private, quite cozy passage, into which no one will just look.

In June of this year, the Apple Tower Theater was also reopened in the American city of Los Angeles in the state of California. This is a branch that Apple has presented from the beginning as one of its most exceptional global retail stores. It has now undergone an extensive interior repair. You can see how the building looks today in the photos below. It is already clear from the pictures that simply visiting this object must be an amazing experience, as the Apple Tower Theater perfectly combines Renaissance elements. After all, judge for yourself.

The newest addition is to be the Apple Store, which is currently being built near our western neighbors. Specifically, it is located in Berlin and its official presentation will take place relatively soon. You can read more about it in the article attached below.
