This year, Apple once again dominated the customer satisfaction rankings in the field of personal computers and tablets. It thus follows on from the excellent results of recent years and confirms once again that users are extremely satisfied with their products - although according to many internet discussions it should be the exact opposite.

According to the American Customer Satisfaction Index Apple continues to lead the rankings in customer satisfaction with personal computers and tablets. In the comprehensive survey, Apple received a combined score of 83 points, matching last year's result. It thus surpassed Amazon by one point and is just ahead of the ranking. The position of individual companies together with a comparison with last year can be found below.

According to the results of ACSI, devices from Apple are rated best in all measured categories, from design, through functions, ease of use, available applications, sound and image quality and several others. Apple achieved an excellent rating even though most of the products covered in the survey are due for a product line update. In terms of satisfaction across categories, users were the most "satisfied" with their desktops, followed by tablets, and laptops in last place.

These are mainly Macs and MacBooks, as well as iPads. All these devices should receive successors before the end of the year. Roughly 250 customers participated in the ACSI survey, so it should have a fairly decent indicative value. On the other hand, it should be mentioned that the American customer may have a slightly better experience with, for example, Apple products, especially due to some features that are not available in other markets and countries. This should be taken into account if we want to "transfer" the results to our environment. There are still a relatively large number of services that are not available here (Apple Pay, Apple News and others).
