The long awaited is here. Apple today introduced the new iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max alongside the iPhone 11. These are the direct successors of last year's iPhone XS and XS Max, which receive a triple camera with a number of various improvements, new video recording options, a more powerful processor and graphics chip, a more durable body, improved Face ID and, last but not least, a modified design including new colors.

There is a whole range of news, so let's summarize them clearly in points:

  • The iPhone 11 Pro will again be available in two sizes – with a 5,8-inch and a 6,5-inch display.
  • New color variant
  • The phones have an improved Super Retina XDR display, which is more economical, supports HDR10, Dolby Vison, Dolby Atmos standards, offers a brightness of up to 1200 nits and a contrast ratio of 2000000:1.
  • The new Apple A13 processor, which is made with 7nm technology. The chip is 20% faster and up to 40% more economical. It is the best processor in phones.
  • iPhone 11 Pro offers 4 hours longer battery life than iPhone XS. The iPhone 11 Pro Max then offers 5 hours longer endurance.
  • A more powerful fast charging adapter will be included with the phones.
  • Both iPhone 11 Pros feature a triple camera setup that Apple refers to as the "Pro Camera."
  • There are three 12-megapixel sensors – a wide-angle lens, a telephoto lens (52 mm) and an ultra-wide-angle lens (120° field of view). It is now possible to use 0,5x zoom for capturing a wider scene and a macro effect.
  • The cameras offer the new Deep Fusion function, which takes eight pictures during photography and combines them pixel by pixel into one high-quality photo with the help of artificial intelligence. And also an improved Smart HDR function and a brighter True Tone flash.
  • New video options. The phones are capable of recording 4K HDR images at 60 fps. When recording, use Night Mode - a mode for capturing high-quality video even in the dark - as well as a function called "zoom in audio" to accurately determine the sound source.
  • Improved water resistance - IP68 specification (up to 4m depth for 30 minutes).
  • Improved Face ID, which is able to detect the face even from an angle.

iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max will be available for pre-order this Friday, September 13. Sales will start a week later, on Friday, September 20. Both models will be available in three capacity variants – 64, 256 and 512 GB and in three colors – Space Gray, Silver and Gold.
