Apple's digital assistant Siri was supposed to represent a breakthrough in the way we use our smart devices. Not only according to the feedback from users, but unfortunately it recently seems that the competition in this direction has overtaken Apple in many ways, and Siri has not only its indisputable advantages, but also flies. Apple is now trying to solve user dissatisfaction with the voice assistant by asking for a person to monitor the public's comments about Siri on the Internet. An overview of complaints could then serve Apple to improve it.

The applicant, who will be accepted by Apple for the mentioned position of program manager, will have the task of monitoring what is written about Siri not only on various social networks, but also in the news and in other sources. On the basis of these searches, the worker in question will prepare a product analysis and recommendations, which he will hand over to the company's management.

But the person in question will also be responsible for monitoring the reactions to Apple's announcements that will be related to Siri, and based on that, he will have to evaluate whether Apple has taken the voice of the people into account in the improvements. It is already clear that no matter who gets the position of program manager, it will not be easy and he will have a huge amount of work ahead of him.

In many ways, Siri doesn't fare too well compared to Amazon's Alexa, Microsoft's Cortana, or Google Assistant, and its shortcomings also negatively affect the way Apple products — especially the HomePod — work. Apple is apparently well aware of this problem and seems to be starting to work intensively on Siri again. In connection with this area, he opened more than a hundred jobs at the beginning of last year. The position of Siri team leader, on the other hand, this year abandoned Bill Stasior.
