In today's summary, we will highlight two very interesting news about the Apple phone. The iPhone 12 Pro has been unprecedented since its launch, and according to information from several analysts from prestigious companies, better sales can still be expected. In connection with the iPhone, there has also recently been talk of the development of the so-called MagSafe Battery Pack, which could charge the Apple phone via MagSafe. Will we see reverse charging?

Up to 12% year-on-year increase in sales is expected for the iPhone 50 Pro

Last October, the Californian giant showed us the new generation of Apple phones. The iPhone 12 brought a number of great benefits, where we must highlight the arrival of OLED displays even on cheaper variants, a more powerful Apple A14 Bionic chip, Ceramic Shield, support for 5G networks and night mode for all camera lenses. The iPhone 12 enjoyed huge popularity almost immediately, especially in the case of the Pro models. Their demand was often so high that Apple even had to increase their production at the expense of other products.

In addition, according to the latest analysis from Digitimes Research, the popularity will not decline so quickly. "Proček" is expected to record a 50% year-on-year increase in sales in the first quarter of this year. The mentioned analysis continues to predict the primacy of Apple as the best-selling mobile phone manufacturer. However, the company could lose its first place at the end of March, when it will be replaced by Samsung. Analyst Samik Chatterjee from the prestigious financial company JP Morgan remains convinced of the popularity of iPhones. He claims that the entire iPhone 12 generation will experience a 13% year-on-year increase in this quarter, despite weaker demand. Wedbush analyst Daniel Ives then stated that Apple will benefit from the popularity of their 5G models until at least 2022.

The upcoming MagSafe Battery Pack could be capable of reverse charging

Recently, through this regular column, we informed you about the development work of a certain MagSafe Battery Pack. In practice, this could be a suitable alternative to the well-known Smart Battery Case, which hides the battery inside and can significantly extend the life of the iPhone. In this case, however, it would not be a case, but a piece of accessory that magnetically attaches to the back of the Apple phone thanks to MagSafe technology. This information was specifically shared by Mark Gurman from Bloomberg, who can be considered a verified source of information. But he went on to say that Apple encountered certain problems during the development, due to which the whole project could disappear before the presentation.

MagSafe Battery Pack with reverse charging

Currently, the very famous leaker Jon Prosser made himself heard, commenting on the arrival of this accessory in the Genius Bar podcast. According to him, Apple is working on two versions of the aforementioned Battery Pack, one of which should be premium. Compared to the standard version, it should also be able to offer reverse charging to the apple user. Although we unfortunately did not receive more information, it can be expected that thanks to this piece we could charge the iPhone together with the AirPods headphones at the same time.
