Apple phones have long been criticized for their top notch. Unfortunately, it is quite large, as it hides the TrueDepth camera and Face ID biometric authentication system. Apple fans have been calling for its reduction for a long time, but Apple still hasn't given up on the original model. However, this could change with the arrival of the iPhone 13, as evidenced by leaks from various sources and newly published images. At the same time, an interesting news spread across the Internet today that Apple is going to introduce a new service with premium podcasts tomorrow.

Leaked images show a smaller cutout of the iPhone 13

The top cutout of iPhones became a much-discussed topic almost immediately after the presentation of the "Xka" in 2017. Since then, Apple fans have been expecting Apple to introduce a new model with a reduced or removed notch practically every year. But that hasn't happened so far, and we have no choice but to put up with the cutout - at least for now. A leaker known as duanrui on his Twitter, he shared an interesting picture of something that resembles a protective glass or a display digitizer, on which a smaller cutout can be seen. We already informed you about this fact five days ago, and supposedly it should be a confirmation of a smaller notch on the iPhone 13.

Anyway, over the weekend, the leaker shared three more photos, thanks to which we can immediately see the difference that this year's generation of Apple phones could offer. So far, however, it remains unclear who is the original author of these images. Apple reportedly managed to narrow the notch by integrating the earpiece into the top frame. Whether the images actually refer to the iPhone 13 is, of course, unclear for now. On the other hand, this is not something unrealistic. The renowned analyst Ming-Chi Kuo had already predicted that the "thirteenth" would bring a smaller cut. But what he did not mention is the mentioned integration of the handset into the frame.

Apple is preparing to introduce a new service for the spring Keynote

In connection with tomorrow's Keynote, the most common talk is about the arrival of the new iPad Pro, which should bring about a slight revolution in the field of displays. Its larger, 12,9″ variant will be equipped with Mini-LED technology. Thanks to this, the screen will offer the same quality as OLED panels, while not suffering from pixel burn-in. Today, however, an interesting news appeared on the Internet, according to which Apple is not going to introduce only hardware, but also a completely new service - Apple Podcasts+ or premium podcasts based on a subscription.

This service could function similarly to Apple TV+, but would specialize in the aforementioned podcasts. This information was reported by the respected reporter Peter Kafka from the Vox Media company through a post on the social network Twitter. It is also interesting that the streaming platform  TV+ was also introduced to the world during the Spring Keynote in 2019, but we had to wait until November for its launch. This leak raised a lot of questions among Czech apple growers. Currently, no one can say with certainty whether the service for podcasts will be available in our region, as it can be expected that the vast majority of the content will be in English. Tomorrow's Keynote will bring more detailed information.
