However, the selection is quite narrow for now, mainly due to the strict rules of the Cupertino company. The SellCell portal continued to confirm once again that iPhones hold their value significantly better than the competition.

For many years in apple systems, we can find the native Find application, which has already saved countless users. Through this tool, we can quickly, efficiently and with an emphasis on privacy locate our apple products in case of loss or theft. In recent years, there has been more and more talk about a kind of opening of this entire platform to other manufacturers as well. And this is exactly what has happened now.

Apple introduced a kind of Findy My network accessory program that allows third parties to add their Bluetooth product to the Find app. Thanks to this, users will see these products next to their "apples" and, of course, will be able to locate them effectively. Manufacturers such as Belkin, Chipolo and VanMoof will be the first to use this news, and they will reveal new products as early as next week. Within the find, it will be possible to search for VanMoof S3 and X3 e-bikes, Belkin wireless headphones and Chipolo ONE Spot, which is a practical, small locator tag.

The iPhone 12 holds its value significantly better than the competition

It's no secret that products with the bitten apple logo hold their value significantly better than the competition. This has now been confirmed again by a detailed analysis from the SellCell portal. He shed light on the differences between the Apple iPhone 12 and the Samsung Galaxy S21. At the same time, it is important to mention that Samsung phones have been on the market for a shorter time, specifically only since January of this year. Despite this, their value declines faster.

SellCell calculated the price drop by measuring the suggested retail price of each phone, taking into account depreciation for good and used devices. Thanks to this, we got quite interesting results, according to which iPhone 12 phones that entered the market in October 2020 lost about 18,1% to 33,7% of their value. On the other hand, in the case of models from the Galaxy S21 series, it was 44,8% to 57,1%. Let's take a look at how the individual models fared. iPhone 12 64GB a iPhone 12 Pro 512GB lost the most in value, namely 33,7%, while iPhone 12 Pro Max 128GB met with the lowest drop of 18,1%. In the case of Samsung, however, the numbers are already higher. Galaxy s21 ultra with a storage capacity of 512 GB, it lost 53,3% of its value, with the models also doing the same Galaxy S21 128GB and 256GB. They lost 50,8% and 57,1% respectively from the original price.
