Traditionally, right at the start of the WWDC developer conference, Apple handed out its annual designer awards, which are awarded to iOS and OS X applications that somehow raise the bar, be it in terms of technical design, innovation or unusual design.

In addition to the trophy itself, this year's winners will also receive one of each product that Apple offers. This year's Apple Design Award winners include well-known iOS games such as Monument Valley and Mac applications such as Day One. The complete list of winners can be found below.
