The Apple Card, which the Cupertino company introduced this March, will reach its first owners in a few months. But some of Apple's employees have already received their own card as part of the first wave of internal testing. One of the test Apple Cards got into the hands of Benjamin Geskin, who published its images on Twitter.

As is customary with Apple, not only the card itself, but also the packaging in which Apple distributes it, received careful elaboration. It boasts pleasant and inviting colors as well as a hidden NFC tag. To activate the credit card, you need to launch the Wallet app on your iPhone and hold the smartphone near the Apple Card package, which makes it quick and easy to connect to the app.

The card itself is made of titanium and has the name of the owner engraved on it - in the pictures in the gallery, this information has been changed for understandable reasons. You won't find any other identifying marks on the card, whether it's a number or an expiration date. On the front, there is only the name of the owner, the chip, and the Apple logo. On the back are the Mastercard and Goldman Sachs logos.

Apple boasts that there are no late payment or international currency transfer fees associated with its Apple Card. Interest rates vary between 13% and 24% depending on the individual assessment. The Wallet app for iOS includes several functions that will help cardholders with proper repayment and keeping the interest rate as low as possible.

Apple is interested in the fact that most transactions with the Apple Card take place electronically, i.e. using the Apple Pay service. The Apple Card offers daily cashback of 2% on every transaction made using Apple Pay, 3% on every purchase from Apple and 1% when paying with the card. The Apple Card is expected to begin distribution in the United States this summer.
