In recent weeks, it has been speculated that Apple will introduce new color variants of the iPhone X during the keynote that took place two weeks ago. As it turned out, Apple presented only the new iPad and some software at the conference. There were no other products. However, now it seems that we will actually see new color variants of some products in Apple's offer. This is indicated by a leaked internal email, according to which Apple should introduce a special (PRODUCT)Red color variant for the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus today.

The information reached the website over the weekend and comes from a leaked internal communication between management and employees of the American operator Virgin Mobile. According to this report, Apple will introduce a new color variant for the iPhone 9/4 Plus on Monday 8/8. It should be the (PRODUCT)RED edition, which we know from previous iPhones (this color first appeared in iPhone 7), as well as other products from the range of headphones, Apple Watch speakers and others.

See what the (PRODUCT)RED iPhone 7 looks like:

Products from the (PRODUCT)RED series have a charitable undertone, as part of the money raised from the sale of these red iPhones, headphones and speakers goes to research and the fight against AIDS. Apple is expected to present the news in the form of a press release. It is speculated that in addition to the RED iPhone 8, we could also expect the aforementioned new color variant for the iPhone X, as well as the long-awaited AirPower wireless charging pads. If that really happens, we will see this afternoon. Apple usually releases press releases at that time.
