Apple has released new versions of its native GarageBand, iMovie, Pages, Keynote, and Numbers apps. New versions have been released for both iOS and macOS, with the exception of GarageBand, whose update is currently only available for iOS. It is no coincidence that the updates came out at the time when the sale of new products was launched - some of the updated applications offer functions tailored to the new iPad Pro.

iMovie for iOS

  • After connecting your iOS device to an external display, you can choose to mirror the contents of the iPad screen or preview the video in full screen mode while you edit. Full-screen video preview while editing works on iPhone 7 and later, iPad 2017th generation, and iPad Pro XNUMX and later.
  • In the updated version, Apple successfully fixed a bug that caused video distortion while editing a vertical video clip with the iMovie extension in the native Photos app.
  • It was also possible to solve the problem with sharing videos on an iPhone or iPad via a mobile connection.
  • The new version of iMovie for iOS also comes with improved stability, which also fixed the problem of adding speed change effects.
