All the updates are related to the same issue, the battery. They can be downloaded from the Mac App Store or directly from the Apple website:

This update addresses a rare issue that could cause the battery to quit unexpectedly or leave the system running when the battery has reached less than one percent charge.

I have a MacBook from 2009 and it does the same thing to me - that is, at one percent it continues to run until completely discharged without a message or going to sleep. There is no firmware for my MacBook?
