I avoided this game on the AppStore for a long time. She was among the most popular and didn't cost a lot of money, but I was never attracted to her. Looking at the screenshots I thought it just couldn't be good. However, my assumption was wrong, and now that I've finished the game in a few days, I have to say that the developers have excelled.

The developers at Reflexive Entertainment have created a funny yet terribly addictive game that can hook anyone. As I mentioned before, you don't need the game on the screenshots Airport Mania: First Flight not particularly interesting. The creators didn't worry too much about the graphics when, for example, they gave faces to the planes, which are the central "characters" of the entire game. However, as you will soon find out, it is an essential part of the entire machine.

And what is the whole game about? Simply put, you control airport traffic. You are in charge of the airport, which you gradually develop, adding new check-in gates, new landing areas and much more... But the main thing is the navigation of the planes that circle above your airport. Your task is to guide the plane to the runway, check in, load and guide it back to the departure runway. However, the task is not always so easy. Airplanes often need to be refueled or repaired, which they will make clear - they simply won't fly without it. Doesn't even that seem like a tough enough task? So imagine that you have five planes at the airport, only two check-in gates, two landing areas and one repair shop and one pump each. In addition, there are still a few planes in the air waiting for your commands, which are increasingly dissatisfied with the passage of time, which is reflected in the obtained bonuses.

And how is the game controlled? All you need is a single finger to issue all commands and tasks. When a plane appears on your screen, just click on it (mark it) and then click on the object where you want to send the plane. If it is in the air, you must always send it to the runway. After landing, each plane must be checked in, so you click on the plane again (if you haven't clicked elsewhere in the meantime, the plane remains marked) and select one of the check-in gates.

Tip: You can set the actions that the aircraft should perform in advance. All you have to do is click on the plane and then just choose what to do next. Example: You've just checked in a plane that needs to go to the repair shop, refuel, pick up people, and then take off. So you click on the plane and then just click on the places where the plane is supposed to go - ie to the repair shop, then the pump, back to the check-in gate and finally to the departure runway.

With the plane, you will then be shown whether it is possible to "load" people into it straight away, or whether some other action must be taken (the already mentioned repair or refueling). When everything is done and people are on board, just send the plane to the next airport. You get money for each "docked" plane, you also collect profits for quick landing, check-in, etc. You can improve your airport with the accumulated funds at the beginning of each round. For example, to buy new runways, gates, waiting areas, paint shop...

The whole game is divided into eight parts, which still hide several small parts. In each section, a different airport awaits you, where you will perform the tasks described above. In the beginning, you start with a practically bare airport, which you can upgrade with the money you earn after each completed section.

For the price of 0.79 euros, you get a really great game that can really entertain you for some time. For those of you who don't believe me, there is also a Lite version where you can try everything and if you like the game, you can switch to the sharp version.

Tip: You can also try the game on your PC or Mac. More on the website AirportMania.
