One of the most famous rock groups, the Australian band AC/DC, has finally appeared in the iTunes Music Store menu. The absence was mainly due to the band's rejection of digital distribution, which, according to frontman Brian Johnson, serves only mammon and has little to do with art, or so he told Reuters in 2008. However, the last five years of declining album sales of the Australian legend prompted it to follow the path taken by the rights holders of the Beatles' recordings, to the iTunes Store.

The digital store offers a complete discography consisting of 16 studio albums, four live concert recordings and three compilation albums. You can purchase each album separately for €14,99, and individual songs for €1,29 each. Complete discography under the title The Collection can be bought for €79,99. If you're craving everything from AC/DC on iTunes, The Complete Collection it will cost you €109,99. Both collections offered are in iTunes LP extended format. All albums have been mastered for iTunes, with this label Apple guarantees better sound quality compared to the regular version.
