In the US, the window for early owners of the Apple Vision Pro to return it ends on Friday. And even if it doesn't happen on a large scale, there are still those who are not happy with the company's new 3D computer in some way. And Apple can learn from this.

All Apple products offer a 14-day return period, including the $3 Vision Pro. Discussion forums and social networks began to discuss who and why the company actually wants to return the hot new product. Of course, there are only those who wanted to try the product "with impunity", but others have constructive criticism that will help Apple in gradually fine-tuning its product. In certain issues, only with the future generation.

Hardware

The biggest problem of many ordinary customers is the convenience of use. This is because some customers experience nausea when using it, which is something we also encounter with regular headsets and there is probably little that can be done about it. Perhaps just an effort to create a more realistic concept of the environment. But this will be the biggest problem, when it is quite possible that a certain percentage of users will simply not be able to use Vision products, because it will simply make them stupid. Another "uncomfortable" factor is eye fatigue, their irritation and redness. Here, too, it's a long shot, as headsets have also been struggling with this for years. In a certain respect, it is true that it can also be a habit from using such a product.

However, headache and neck pain are also associated with comfort. Weight is to blame here. With the current generation, nothing can be changed in this regard. But Apple is certainly aware of this ailment, because it has been criticized since the first tests. After all, Apple certainly had problems with weight already with prototypes, which is why the solution has an external battery, which clearly distinguishes it from the usual competition. Straps and straps are also uncomfortable for some people. Apple may have made them for astronauts, but maybe not for ordinary people. It is 100% certain that we will see more of their variants in the future.

Software

But where Apple can make a difference, and already now, is software. Criticism is bought on him too. Above all, it is about productivity, which for many is at a low level due to the lack of visibility of the system and work with windows, as well as the lack of debugged applications. Allegedly, it definitely does not copy the claimed capabilities of the Vision Pro by Apple. These customers surely expected something different. Some file types are not even supported by visionOS at all, and even if the control is like something out of science fiction, the gestures are simply no match for the keyboard and mouse.

Last but not least, the price is also a reason to return. It is high and everyone knows it, but many thought that for their money they would get a perfect device that they could fully use. Obviously not, and the future in the form of using the first spatial computer will forgive them so that they can have their money in their pocket again. After all, this is also a message to Apple. If the product cost less, maybe it wouldn't force customers to return it and they would still find some use for it. So, for example, with the next generation or some literally lightweight model
