How to upload a vaccination certificate to Wallet on the iPhone - this is exactly the topic that is being addressed more and more among apple users. Apple's operating systems even offer a native Wallet application, which is used to store payment cards, airline tickets, tickets and more. Could it therefore also be used for a vaccination certificate? Fortunately, yes, but it cannot be done directly. So let's go through the entire procedure.
To upload the vaccination certificate to Wallet, you need to download the application Pass2U, which is fortunately available completely free of charge. The program also offers a premium version, but you won't need it for these purposes. When you download the vaccination certificate, you can see a QR code on it. It carries information about the vaccinated person, dose dates, type of vaccine, and the like. The Pass2U application can subsequently transfer this information to the form of a card, which can also be found in the native Wallet application. However, it should be noted that you need to register in the program. In any case, you can use Sign in with Apple.
You can download the Pass2U app for free here

Thank you
Great 👍 thanks
The simplest possible yes, but I will keep the name, date of birth, country, and all the details contained in the generated qr code... I'm not sure I want to let them…
I would be careful with this service. If anyone wants an easy solution, check this out https://covidpass.marvinsextro.de/ it's open source and you can find out exactly what it does or run it yourself and not send the data anywhere.

The unnecessarily lengthy "I" is right, within a few seconds and everything is in the Wallet
