With the sheer amount of information we have to absorb and work with on a daily basis, it's virtually impossible to remember anything - and that's exactly why Notes exists. You can really write anything in them, be it a thought, an idea or anything else. Everyone knows that you create a new note directly in the Notes app, but did you know that there are several other ways to create a note? In this article, we will look at 5 of these ways.

Home page icon
If you decide to write a note, you classically go to the home page, where you open through the Notes icon, and then create a new note, or start writing content to the already created one. However, you can create a note from the desktop more easily and quickly. Specifically, you just need to held their finger on the Notes app icon. After that, just select New from the menu, or you can also create a new task list or a new note from a photo or scanned document.
Control Center
You can also easily create a new note on iPhone from the Control Center. However, this option is not accessible by default and you need to add the element to create a new note in the control center. It's nothing complicated, just go to on your iPhone Settings → Control Center, where scroll down to the category Additional controls and tap on the + icon at the element Comment. This will move the element to the top where you can change its display order in the control center. Subsequently, it is enough that you they opened the control center, and then tapped on the Notes application element. The perfect thing is that you can create a new note this way even from the lock screen.

Another way to create a new note is by using Siri. Yes, this voice assistant is still not available in Czech, and you still have to speak to her in English or another language you understand. However, I think that nowadays practically everyone knows two or more languages, so it's not such a problem. Of course, I'm not saying that making English notes is completely ideal, but if you don't have free hands at the moment, or if you have something important to do, then you can use Siri. All you have to do is activate it in the classic way and then say the command Take a note. Once you do so, Siri will ask you what to put in the note, so English content (or in another language) dictate.

As part of iOS 14, Apple came up with completely redesigned widgets that have become simpler and more modern, in addition to all this, you can even place them on the desktop between application icons. Did you know that there is even a widget from the Notes app? Unfortunately, in the new version of the widget from this application, there is no direct option to create a new note as it was before. Through this widget, you can only open one of the selected notes, and then start writing in it, which is certainly not to be thrown away. You add a new widget by navigating to the home page far left then tap at the bottom Adjust and subsequently on the + icon top left. Then search for the widget from the application Comment, choose the one that suits you and then press down + Add a widget. You can of course move the widget.

You can also create a new note from the content you are currently on. It can be, for example, a web page, image or other content where it is available share button (square with an arrow). Once you tap this button, then search for and tap in the list of applications Comment. If you don't see this app here, press on the far right Další and here on Notes click, or you can of course get this app from here add to selection. After that, you will see an interface where you just need to choose where to save the note, at the same time you can also to shared content attribute anything. Finally, just tap on Impose at the top right.
