What's more, we could expect them already this September. In connection with them, the durable case is most often talked about, but it wouldn't be Apple if it didn't provide them with some added features. What could they be? 

The Apple Watch is a complex smart wearable device that is particularly useful in measuring our health values, but also in tracking activities. When it comes to features that other companies offer in their solution, it's more or less one copying the other. Then there is the Garmin company, which is a bit out of the ordinary after all.

Garmin is probably the furthest with regard to tracking and exercise. On the other hand, it does not pursue experiments with design, not even in terms of the technologies used - that is, especially with regard to the display and proven button control. So whether you take an Apple Watch or a Samsung Galaxy Watch, they are further ahead in terms of user interface and various graphic frills, but they are simply behind in terms of options.

Apple Watch can inform and motivate you every morning by showing you an overview of your rings. If you have completed them in the last days, you will receive a series badge and information to persevere. But is that enough? The vast majority yes. However, if you want more, Garmin offers a morning report with an overview of your sleep quality along with heart rate variability (HRV) status on select models. Get a better idea of ​​health, recovery and training performance with VST analysis. In addition, you can further personalize this report so that it contains the most relevant data for you, so you can also see the weather, etc.

Regeneration time 

In watchOS 9, we will finally be able to adjust the intervals of activity and rest according to the style of each of us training. But it is still within one activity. However, it would require some kind of more complex rest that does not force us to complete activity circles every day, or one that is more variable and not only set to one fixed value. Good regeneration in Garmin watches uses the evaluation of the last training session, data on body load, measurement of the length and quality of sleep and a summary of daily activities outside individual training sessions to estimate it.

Racing widget 

Based on the knowledge of the date and nature of the race, this function will automatically prepare an individual training plan for you towards the scheduled race. The training will be prepared day by day, including an overall explanation of the individual stages of preparation. Plus, you can always see that important event date in front of you, so you'll know how much you have to train to be ideally prepared (and it can also just be your goal). The Apple Watch itself has been criticized for the fact that, even though it measures a lot of data that it presents to the user, it lacks any evaluation and relevant feedback.

Solar charging 

Perhaps an unimportant thing in urban life, but if you go out into the wilderness, any option that somehow extends the life of your device will come in handy. Solar charging is gradually expanding among manufacturers, because even if it adds just a little something extra, even that something can really help you. The problem is that it is not very good-looking, even though Garmin implements it quite appropriately in the display so that it does not interfere in any way.
