To manage contacts, you can use the native Contacts application on Apple devices, which, in my opinion, is absolutely ideal for all users. This is because it offers all the features and options you can ask for from a contact management application. However, I often encounter users who have trouble organizing and managing their iPhone contacts. It happens that these users may not be able to find a contact, etc. In this article, we will look at 5 tips for better organization of contacts on iPhone so that you can use them even more efficiently.

Always use real names

When creating a new contact, most users only set the person's first name, or they can use a nickname or similar designation. But the absolute basis is that for each contact in the appropriate boxes they had their real name and surname stored. This is how you guarantee that you will always find the person in question in your contact list. So when someone gives you a phone number, don't be afraid to ask for their first and last name. Avoid marking with only the first name, as you will soon have more of the same contacts in your contacts, so avoid using markings in the form of mechanic, repairman, driver etc.

To add a profile photo si unclick the contact, then tap Up at the top rightravit and then press the button Add a photo. Then click here gallery button (or camera) a photos insert Finally tap on Done at the top right.

Don't forget the company

Do you work with different companies in your working life? If so, and there are several of them, you can very quickly lose track of which companies individual contacts belong to. Even in this case, it is definitely useful to fill in the Company field for the selected contacts, so that you can easily find them again. You do this by unclick the contact, then tap on the top right Adjust and then fill in the field Firm. If you would also like to mark the contact with a function so that you know whether it is a driver, accountant or manager, then go down below, where tap on add fields. In the new window, then click on Function whether Department, exit higher and write the function or department in the field. Then don't forget to tap on Done at the top right.

Change the order and display of contacts

Did you know that you can change the way contacts are sorted in the native Contacts app? By default, all contacts are sorted by last name and first name, but you can set the reverse order, i.e. by first and last name. You can also set how names will be displayed for incoming calls. You can find all these preferences that you can change within the Contacts application in Settings → Contacts. So definitely go through this section so that you can use the mentioned application to the maximum and that it suits you as much as possible.
