Checklist

Once you launch native Health on your iPhone, you'll see a checklist link at the top of the screen. You can also access it by tapping on your profile icon in the upper right corner of the display. In this checklist, you can set up various health functions, one of which is your health card. You can also set your allergies, medications and many other useful functions here.

Adaptation to sleep

In the sleep category in native Health, you can record the ideal amount of sleep per night, as well as set bedtimes and wake-up times. It is enough to set a sleep schedule in Viewing -> Sleep and, if necessary, set the details of the Night rest function. In this section you can also read interesting tips on how to improve your sleep.

Health Data Sharing

You can also share any of your health information with another person from the sharing tab in the Health app. In this way, you can share your health and other data not only with the specialist, but also with another person. And if you have family members you're looking after or worried about, you can ask them (provided they own an Apple device, of course) to give them permission to access specific data, such as sleep, temperature, movement or falls data . To share, just launch native Health and tap Share on the bar at the bottom of the screen.

Hearing care

Native Health on your iPhone can also give you data on how loud you've been playing music on your headphones. Launch native Health and tap Browsing in the bottom right. Choose Hearing - in this category you can clearly check everything you need, and if you head all the way down, you can turn on the maximum volume limit and read useful tips about caring for your hearing.

Mindfulness and third-party applications

More and more apps now offer native Health integration on your iPhone, so you can keep track of your health and well-being in one place. You can also pair your phone with Calm, Headspace, Balance and other mindfulness apps, and track mindfulness minutes in the Health app.
