Watches from the Californian giant are among the best-selling wearable electronics on the market, and it's no wonder. They are loaded not only with health and sports functions, but also, for example, possibilities for communication. However, no product is perfect, including the Apple Watch. In today's article, we will show you 4 things that Apple Watch users have been asking for for a long time.

Battery life

Let's face it, Apple Watch battery life is their biggest Achilles heel. With less demanding use, when you only check notifications, the measurement functions are turned off and you don't make a lot of phone calls or texts, you will get through a day, but if you are a demanding user, you will be happy that the watch will provide you with a maximum of one day's service. When you additionally use navigation, record sports activities or disconnect from the phone more often, the endurance drops rapidly. You won't be disappointed, or at least not very excited about the durability after the first unboxing of the apple watch, but what about when you own it for two years or more? Personally, I've had my Apple Watch Series 4 for almost 2 years now, and as the battery wears down inside the watch, the battery life continues to deteriorate.

As early as today, we should expect the presentation of the Apple Watch Series 6. You can watch the live broadcast here:

Impossibility of connection with devices of other manufacturers

The Apple Watch, like other Apple products, fits more than perfectly into the ecosystem where, in addition to a stable and reliable connection with the iPhone, you can, for example, unlock your Mac with the watch. However, if an Android user were to consider getting a watch, they are unfortunately out of luck without an iPhone. One could argue that this makes sense in Apple's current policy, but you can connect all, or at least the vast majority of smartwatches, to both Android and Apple phones, although some work only to a limited extent with iPhones. Personally, I wouldn't have a problem with it if the Android Apple Watch didn't work fully, but Apple could certainly give users freedom in this regard.

Another kind of straps

When you buy an Apple Watch, you get a strap in the package, which is of relatively good quality, but not necessarily suitable for everyone for all occasions. Apple offers a huge number of well-designed straps, but in addition to great workmanship, they also give your wallet enough air. Of course, among third-party manufacturers you will find many who make more affordable straps for the Apple Watch, but I personally think that Apple has not chosen the ideal path in this regard. On the other hand, it is true that if he changed the straps now, he would cause considerable problems for users who already have a large collection of straps for their Apple watches.

Adding some native apps

As for third-party applications, we can find quite a lot of them in the Apple App Store for watches, but a large part of them is far from being fully utilized. On the contrary, Apple worked on the native ones and in most cases they can use the full potential of the watch. What is a shame, however, is definitely the absence of native Notes, because if you primarily keep notes in them, you won't have them on your wrist. Also, I don't quite understand why Apple couldn't add a desktop web browser directly to the watch, because now you have to open websites either through Siri or by sending a message with the appropriate link, see the link below.
