We all need to make lists of all kinds from time to time. In today's installment of our series on the best iOS apps, we're going to take a look at a few apps that are great for making lists — whether it's a shopping list, a vacation list, or a to-do list for the day.

Sofa: Downtime Organizer

Sofa: Downtime Organizer is the only app on our list that isn't universal. But it doesn't take away from her interest in any way. It is used to make a list of books, movies, shows, music albums or even games that you want to enjoy when you have time. The application is really clear, it offers the option of synchronization via iCloud and a history overview of your previous activity. You can sort lists in the app into groups, add details to entries and much more.

To do

In a number of our previous articles, we recommended the Wunderlist app for creating lists. But it was replaced relatively recently by the ToDo application from Microsoft. You can create lists of items and various tasks in it, and similar to Wunderlist use the My Day view. The application is cross-platform and offers the possibility of sharing and collaboration on lists. In Microsoft ToDo, you can also create recurring deadlines and reminders, you can distinguish individual lists from each other by color, add notes and attachments up to 25MB in size. If you're switching to ToDo from Wunderlist, you might find this app more difficult to get used to, but it's definitely worth a try.

T

The Todoist application is repeatedly named as one of the best tools for creating lists on a number of servers. It allows quick and easy creation of lists and their subsequent management. In the application, you can set reminders and deadlines, including recurring deadlines. Todoist offers the ability to share and collaborate on lists and integrate with a number of applications such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack and more. You can prioritize lists and track your progress. The application is multi-platform with the possibility of synchronization.

Google Keep

Google Keep allows you to write, edit and share your notes, including lists of all kinds. You can supplement your records with notes, photos or even audio files and mark them with labels or colors. Google Keep offers the possibility of creating notifications, automatic transcription of voice recordings, of course there is also the possibility of sharing and collaborating on recordings or an advanced search function.
