The new Pad Pro is finally reaching its first owners. Apple really cared about it and introduced many interesting innovations. Not only did he add Face ID or USB-C to the new iPad Pro, for example, but he enriched it with several key aspects. Let's summarize the 16 most interesting of them.

Liquid Retina display

The screen of this year's iPad Pro is updated in several ways. Similar to the iPhone XR, Apple opted for a Liquid Retina display for the new model of its tablet. Unlike previous models, the iPad Pro display has rounded corners, and there has also been a significant reduction in the frames around the screen.

Tap-to-Wake

The new display also includes a useful Tap to Wake function. After Apple replaced the Touch ID function with the more advanced Face ID on its new tablets, just tap anywhere on the display, it will light up, and you can easily and quickly get information about the current time, battery status, notifications and widgets.

Larger display

The 10,5-inch iPad Pro is the same size as the previous XNUMX-inch model, but the diagonal of its display is half an inch larger. Looking at the numbers alone, this may seem like a small increase, but for the user, it will be a noticeable and welcome difference.

In addition, different content can be displayed on the external monitor than on the tablet screen. In addition, the USB-C connector allows the iPad Pro to charge other electronic devices.

A completely different tablet

In addition to a better and prettier display, Apple has also improved the overall appearance of the new iPad Pro. This year's model has a completely straight back and sharp edges, making it significantly different from its older siblings.

The introduction of Face ID is also associated with a more sophisticated front TrueDepth camera, which, in addition to scanning the face, also enables taking more impressive selfies, including those in Portrait mode. In addition, you can apply a different lighting mode to each photo, as well as adjust the bokeh effect in the background.

As we mentioned in the previous paragraph, the front camera of the new iPad Pro has a TrueDepth system. But the rear camera also received an upgrade. Similar to the iPhone XR, the iPad Pro's rear camera has increased pixel depth for better quality images – expert reviewers and users alike are starting to notice the differences between photos taken this year and previous models. The tablet is also capable of shooting 4K videos at 60 fps.
