Dan Pražák For a few weeks now, there has been speculation in the corridors that Apple is preparing a flagship MacBook Pro with a 16-inch display. The new model should make its debut already this October, and as its premiere approaches, we learn more details about the laptop. For example, information about its price and also about other exclusivities that it will offer has recently surfaced.
In addition to the diagonal, the display resolution should also increase, so the new 16″ MacBook Pro should be equipped with an LCD display with a resolution of 3072×1920 pixels. For comparison, the current 15-inch model has a panel with a resolution of 2880×1800 pixels. Increasing the resolution is quite a logical step, as Apple manages to keep the fineness of the display at 227 pixels per inch.

The 16-inch MacBook Pro is also set to be the first ever Apple computer to offer a completely redesigned scissor-type keyboard. With this information today he came the well-known and respected analyst Ming-Chi Kuo and it should be noted that he corresponds with already previously published report, that Apple intends to get rid of problematic keyboards with a butterfly mechanism. The good news is that the company intends to equip all MacBooks in its range with the new keyboard, one year later, i.e. in 2020.
The MacBook Pro with a 16″ display should logically become the top of the range of portable computers in the Apple portfolio. The price will correspond to this, which according to the sources of the foreign server Economic Daily News for the basic configuration, it rises to $3000. After recalculation and adding fees, it can be expected that the novelty will cost approximately 80 crowns on the domestic market. The price of a higher configuration can then reach up to one hundred thousand crowns. For comparison, the price of the current 15″ MacBook Pro starts at CZK 70.
And the saddest thing is that for the 70, Apple will definitely put a 000GB SSD there and pretend it's normal.
