Apple and Taylor Swift. This combination is becoming more and more popular in connection with the advertising spots of the company from Cupertino, California. The popular singer po less than three weeks appeared again in another advertisement for the music service Apple Music.
During the minute-long spot, titled "Taylor Mic Drop," Taylor Swift is "going out" and makes the activity fun by listening to her high school favorite, "The Middle," by the band Jimmy Eat World. Taylor Swift accompanies the music with interesting dance creations and everything is complemented by her credible lip-sync.
In addition, according to Larry Jackson, who is in charge of all Apple Music content, ads with this successful American singer will not disappear from the screens anytime soon. Jackson in an interview for the server Fast Company he revealed, that he wants to release spots with Taylor Swift in a similar way as if it were a music album. There is also a single released that is attractive for a while and then interest in it wanes and another single has to come quickly.
So fans of Taylor Swift will get theirs relatively often. Opponents of pop stars, on the other hand, have no choice but to ignore these spots. It looks like the bag will be torn apart with them, so to speak.
I don't mind Taylor Swift, but Apple Music is still a bit of a confusing mess and it's obvious in that video.
Taylor is beautiful and she also sings well (that combination is not that common), so why not watch her sometimes. However, Apple Music has one fundamental problem: It is mixed in various applications with other services (iTunes Match, iCloud Music Library, iTunes Store,...) and all together it is extremely confusing and it often behaves unexpectedly in different combinations of services. In addition, there are other hiccups (eg not being able to play songs from Apple Music in alternative players). So it degrades a good music library terribly. A completely major redesign would help it a lot.
that combination is often, really often and enough... who would watch ugly singers? :D
Well, no one. But it's often nothing great to LISTEN to beautiful singers :D :D
Interesting how everyone has already forgotten that it was Taylor who fiercely fought against Apple Music with her open letter, accusing Apple of ripping off the artist ;) As you can see, Eddie Cue knows what he is doing to these artists ;) Here you have a couple of meetings and ramp lights and sing us some from the floor :D
I hope Apple is planning something at WWDC. iTunes deserves a change, it's a confusing stew of all services.
