The social network called Twitter has gradually gained great popularity among users, it has received its own applications, a number of new functions and the extension of the length of posts to 280 characters. In 2011, Twitter already boasted 200 million users.

Nintendo Introduces the Family Computer (1983)

Nintendo introduced its Family Computer (Famicom for short) on July 15, 1983. The eight-bit game console, operating on the principle of cartridges, began to be sold two years later in the United States, some European countries, Brazil and Australia under the name Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). The Nintendo Entertainment System belongs to the so-called third generation consoles, similar to the Sega Master System and the Atari 7800.
