It's been a few minutes since we witnessed the introduction of the first ever Apple Silicon processor. This brand new processor has been named M1 and in a way we can consider it as a processor that will change the technological world. The last time the Californian giant changed processor suppliers was 14 years ago, when it switched from PowerPC to Intel. Today there was a similar change - Apple, however, did not change the supplier, but completely cut it off. He became his own supplier.

In particular, today we saw the presentation of the first three Macs with Apple Silicon processors - they are MacBook Air, 13″ MacBook Pro and Mac mini. If you're in the mood for a new Mac mini, you'll certainly be surprised by its price. If you opt for the basic configuration, i.e. the M1 chip (8 CPU cores, 8 GPU cores and 16 Neural Engine cores), 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD and gigabit ethernet, you will pay CZK 21. You will pay CZK 990 for the second "recommended" model, which differs from the basic one only in the storage, which is twice as much. If you would like to customize the Mac mini further, you can get 27 GB of RAM and up to a 990 TB SSD for an additional fee. You will pay 16 crowns for the top configuration.
