After all, it is a prison that must contain even the most dangerous criminals. That's why you don't have to be afraid to get your hands dirty and make tough decisions. Prison Architect will send you random events such as fires or prison riots. But they can be successfully suppressed by perfect management of the object.
But since the main purpose of the prison is to make the convicts respectable members of society, you will also have to invest in taking care of their proper comfort and re-education. Proper operation of the equipment will also be ensured by a properly selected workforce. In addition to law enforcement officers, you also need an army of psychologists, doctors and perhaps even one or two informers.
