Apple picker The Z1TV live application has been on the Czech App Store for a long time. But last week it received several improvements and the version number changed to 2.0.
This application mediates the live broadcast of Z1 television, whose main program content is mainly economic information and financial news. You can watch very interesting documentary programs every evening and on the weekend. In my opinion, it is one of the best that is offered on Czech television. Until recently, the documents could not be played due to licensing reasons, but in the latest version of the Z1TV live application, you can watch any program broadcast by Z1 television. But you must be located in the territory of the Czech Republic.
Another new feature brought by the update is the ability to watch videos directly from the message archive. Internet archives of their own programs are used today by most Czech television stations, but Z1TV is the first to allow you to play them from the comfort of your iPhone. As for data requirements, for WiFi/3G the data flow is around 550 kbit/s (you download 4 MB/min), for EDGE the flow is about 120 kbit/s (you download 0,9 MB/min). Audio is also available for slow connections (50 kbit/s). You will also be pleased with the possibility of sending notifications about interesting programs using Push.

Good app, thanks for it, I've had it on my iPhone since its inception. I'm just sorry that the PLUS version, i.e. iPad-NATIV, did not come with this big update.
