Prepare a presentation for Thursday, make an appointment with a barber, put money in the bank, pick up my daughter after the concert, buy milk and rolls. And above all, plan a company party! Tasks accompany us, even scare some, all day long. If you don't want to burden your head, stress that you'll forget something and ginkgo still doesn't work, a task manager like Wunderkit, a necessary matter.

Wunderkit is a new to-do app that can get rid of those feelings. An ideal tool for fulfilling big and small plans and goals, as the advertising slogan itself suggests. Adherents of GTD, ZTD and similar methods should get smarter.

How does Wunderkit work? First you need to create an account and then log in. If you don't want all the weight of the tasks to rest on your shoulders, it's a good idea to invite other friends. You can do so via the standard address book, Facebook or Twitter. It is the possibility of collaboration with others that sets Wunderkit apart from the popular task manager Wunderlist.

When assigning tasks, you simply choose the person who is supposed to complete it. You also enter the desired date of completion and it is possible to set a reminder for it. When a member of your team completes a task, you will receive a notification via the notification center and at the same time to your email. After all, like any changes that happen in Wunderkit. You don't have to worry about data synchronization. It is done automatically, or it can be forced with the now classic "download" gesture.

The application enables the classification of tasks according to projects into so-called Workspaces - Work areas. For example, you can create the Work, Purchase, Family, Holiday 2012, etc. area and continue to work in them. The work area can be private or public. This is something to consider if you don't want your boss to find out that you're making a shopping list for Friday's barbecue during work hours.

It is possible to add tasks and nominate collaborators to each project. Classic notes are also available, supplemented by the option to comment or mark the note as Like. It is used to display the entire history of activities on the project and its progress Dashboard. If you want to track activities across individual projects, use then Stream.

The user interface looks professional, pleasant and the control is quite intuitive. It is possible to set a custom profile for each workspace - background color, profile photo, name and description of the project. The application also has its web version. It is basically identical to the version for iOS, and thanks to the use of the same control system, work in both versions is very easy.

Wunderkit is available in two versions. The pro version allows friends to collaborate across all projects, including those you didn't create. In contrast, the free version limits users only to their own projects. For Wunderkit versions, it is free to download for 90 days and $4,99 per month after that. It only remains to add that Wunderkit runs on both iOS and OS X Lion.
