Apple released the new iOS 12.4 to all users this evening. This is already the fourth primary update of iOS 12, and its main novelty is a new option to wirelessly migrate data from an old iPhone to a new one. The update also brings other improvements and fixes several bugs, including a security one that plagued the Transmitter app on the Apple Watch.

iOS 12.4 can be downloaded on compatible iPhones, iPads, and iPod touch v Settings -> In general -> Software update. For the iPhone 8 Plus, the installation package is 2,67 GB in size. The new software is available to owners of compatible devices, which are all iPhones, iPads and iPod touches that support iOS 12.
