On Monday, November 22, Apple released an update to its mobile iOS, namely iOS 4.2.1 (article here). Only a few days have passed since this date and speculations are already rife that another update will be released on December 13 – iOS 4.3.

So the question arises, why Apple released iOS 4.2.1 and in three weeks from this date wants to release another update for ordinary users? Is there something wrong with the current version? Still unable to fix some of the flaws that delayed iOS 4.2.1? Or does Steve Jobs just want to block more security holes on which the new jailbreak will be built?

Every user will surely ask himself several similar questions. However, only a select few Apple employees know the answers to them. And they certainly won't publish them officially. Therefore, we can only wait to see what other information will surface.

Another speculation revolves around the date of the next Apple event, which is supposed to be held on December 9. iOS 4.3 is likely to be introduced and released next Monday, December 13th.

iOS 4.3 is said to bring iTunes prepaid services. These should pave the way for the planned diary News Corp for iPad. Further improvements should concern the expansion of support for the AirPrint service, especially with regard to older printer models.

We will find out how it all turns out in about three weeks. We can then evaluate which predictions have come true. However, the fact remains that if these speculations come true, it will certainly surprise many Apple fans. We are really not used to the apple company planning an update that has not even passed a month since the previous version.
