I can't complain about the warranty with VF in any case, and I have a lot of experience with iPhone complaints with them. On the contrary, I can confirm the poor quality of the site. I don't know to what extent the iPhone's worse reception characteristics (or the way it communicates with the network) have an effect on this, but definitely my experience with the iPhone (3GS and 4) in the Vodafone network is evidence of a very poor condition. VF probably belongs to the least stable network. 02 is reliable and reliably overpriced - unless you have a company phone where invoices are very acceptable.
