Tired of playing the same racing games over and over again? After a while, a person gets tired of playing such Mario Kart or the last year of F1. Fortunately, the developers at Pixel Maniacs are thinking of players who crave constant originality. They only had ChromaGun, a heavily Portal-inspired puzzle shooter, on their account before the release of their latest piece. However, where they lacked originality last time, there is plenty of it this time. In their new Can't Drive This, you will not only test your driving skills, but also how well you can build your own tracks, right during the races themselves.

The developers define Can't Drive This as "competitive co-op". When playing with two players, one of them always tries to drive the best on the race track, while the other one constructs and modifies the same track in real time. In the four-player mode, players are divided into teams of two, and constructors simultaneously try to help their team member while damaging their opponent. The more players join the game, the more fun it will be. And do you think that you would solve unpleasant situations on the track simply by driving reasonably calmly? You can't do that in Can't Drive This. Just like in the movie Breakthrough Speed, you can never slow down below a certain speed.

In addition to the original concept itself, the developers highlight a "quasi-zillion" different possible modifications to your monster truck. They then clarify that there probably won't be that many (and that quasi-lion isn't even a word), but the game still offers a robust editor for vehicles and tracks. If you are interested in the game, do not hesitate to buy it. You can now get Can't Drive This on Steam with an introductory discount.
