Our game today chooses a similar path. In Crossword City Chronicles, in the role of a pair of investigators, you plunge into a story interspersed with putting together words in the style of classic Scrabble.

The protagonists of the game are an investigative journalist and a detective. At the beginning of the game, you choose which of them you want to play as and immediately set out to solve your first mystery. During the investigation, you will look for clues and connect them with the evidence already found. This will not take place simply by combining in the inventory, but also by solving the already mentioned word puzzles. During subsequent interrogations, you will have to find words that connect the person being questioned with certain pieces of evidence. The game does not give you absolute freedom in assembling them, but guides you to such solutions that will help you solve the entire detective case.

Thanks to their diversity, Crossword City Chronicles should not be exhausted as quickly as games that rely on one type of puzzle. In addition, the developers from Trailblazer Games are already promising regular updates that will add completely new story episodes to the game, a few days after the release.
