Apple Watch celebrates a new record in sales
Apple watches are generally considered to be the most popular product in their category. This is a smart watch that can greatly facilitate our daily life and move us forward in a great way. In addition, the product is enjoying increasing popularity, which is now proven by a new report from the IDC company. According to their information, the number of units sold increased enormously in the third quarter of 2020, namely to an incredible 11,8 million. This is an almost 75% year-on-year increase, as "only" 2019 million units were sold during the same period in 6,8.

From these data, we can conclude that Apple managed to break another record. Based on data from the analytical company Strategy Analytics, as pointed out by Statista, the number of Apple Watches sold has not exceeded 9,2 million so far. The Cupertino company can probably owe this increase to a more extensive offering. Two new pieces have arrived on the market – the Apple Watch Series 6 and the cheaper SE model, while the Series 3 is still available. According to IDC, the Apple Watch holds a market share of around 21,6% in the market for smart products on the wrist, while the first place is held tooth and nail by the Beijing giant Xiaomi, which owes its position mainly to the Xiaomi Mi Band smart bracelets, which combine great functions and a popular price .
Apple will have to bundle an adapter with every iPhone in Brazil
The arrival of this year's generation of Apple phones brought with it a pair of much-discussed innovations. This time, however, we do not mean, for example, a Super Retina XDR display, a return to a square design or support for 5G networks, but the absence of a power adapter and headphones in the package itself. In this direction, Apple argues that it helps our planet Earth as a whole, reduces its carbon footprint and saves the environment thanks to less electronic waste. However, as it stands now, the same idea is not shared by the Office of Consumer Protection (Procon-SP) in the Brazilian state of Sao Paulo, which does not like the absence of a phone charging tool.

This agency already asked Apple in October about the reason for this change and asked for a possible explanation. Of course, the Cupertino company responded by listing the benefits mentioned above. As it seems, this claim was not enough for the local authorities, which we can see in the press release from Wednesday, when Procon-SP identified the adapter as an indispensable part of the product and the sale of the device without this part is illegal. The authority continued to add that Apple was in no way able to demonstrate the mentioned advantages.
So Apple will have to sell iPhones together with the power adapter in the state of Sao Paulo and quite possibly face a fine as well. At the same time, the whole of Brazil is interested in the whole situation, and therefore it is possible that the residents there will probably get Apple phones with the aforementioned adapter. We encountered a similar case this year in France, where, for a change, the law requires Apple phones to be packaged with EarPods. How do you view the whole situation?
Users of the new iPhones are complaining about a bug with the cellular connection
We'll stay with the new iPhones for a while. Since October, when these pieces entered the market, various complaints from the users themselves have appeared on Internet forums. These specifically relate to 5G and LTE mobile connections. The problem manifests itself in the way that the apple phone suddenly loses signal, and it does not matter whether the apple player is in motion or standing still.
According to various reports, the error does not concern the iOS operating system, but rather the new phones. The problem could be how the iPhone 12 switches between individual transmitters. Turning airplane mode on and off can be a partial rescue, but that doesn't work for everyone. Of course, it is now unclear how Apple will deal with the whole situation.

I had the exact same problem on my iPhone 8 about a year ago. I solved it, among other things, despite the support...the problem was not solved. I sent the iPhone in for a claim and got a new one…the problem still persisted. It wasn't until another 2 months after the xth update that the problem disappeared. Apple still blamed the problem on my carrier, but the fault was apparently a combination of iPhone 8, ios and other factors. I read that there were a few such problems and always only on the iPhone 8
