A bust of the Apple co-founder by famous Serbian sculptor Dragan Radenović was unveiled in Belgrade on Monday - the anniversary of Steve Jobs' birth. It is the winning entry from a competition that saw more than 10 entries, and the unconventional bust of Jobs is set to move to Apple's headquarters in Cupertino.

The statue shown in Serbia is so far only a mock-up, it should appear in a much larger size at the headquarters of the Californian company. In the upper part is the head of Steve Jobs, who would have celebrated his fifty-ninth birthday yesterday, then on the high "body" of the statue there is the Cyrillic letter Ш (the last letter of the Serbian alphabet; in Latin it corresponds to the letter š), the Latin letter A and the binary numbers one and zero . It is said that Radenović wanted to use this symbolism to create a certain magnet.

Apple representative according to Serbian newspaper Netocracy the work of Dragan Radenović was very interesting, among other things also because of its imperfections. The scale model of the bust should now be moved to Cupertino and, if approved, a three to five meter high statue should be located at an unspecified location on the Apple campus.
