Speculations that Apple is preparing to release the second generation of its AirPods Pro wireless headphones have been circulating on the Internet for a relatively long time, but they gained momentum at the beginning of this year. A report appeared on the DigiTimes server, according to which we could even wait for the second generation AirPods Pro during the first half of this year. But there is also talk of the next generation of classic AirPods. If this is indeed the case, the new headphones will most likely be introduced during the traditional spring Keynote. Server DigiTimes reports that Winbond, which is a supplier of flash memories for Apple's mobile devices, will cooperate with Apple on the production of new generations of AirPods. The details of the upcoming headphones are not yet known, but most likely we can look forward to a significant improvement of the existing functions, or a handful of new functions. The probability of a significant design change is rather lower.

The new Apple TV
AirPods are not the only product that some sources are predicting the arrival of the next generation for this year. There were also reports this week that Apple could introduce a new generation Apple TV in the second half of this year, along with a revamped tvOS operating system. There is speculation about the possibility of a game controller, a new base controller, a faster processor and more than 3 GB of RAM, or perhaps a storage option of 128 GB. There are also reportedly intense talks between Apple and big names in the gaming industry, which could result in Xbox or PlayStation titles being offered on Apple TV. The truth is that Apple TV hasn't been updated in quite some time, so the arrival of a new generation is very likely.
