Streaming means that if you're connected to Wi-Fi, the app automatically checks for new tweets, and as soon as someone you follow adds a new post, Twitterrific 5 will show it to you instantly without you having to do anything. You enable this function by selecting it in the application settings Stream Timelines on WiFi.
The management of lists and private messages has been improved. Creating, deleting and managing users in individual lists is now a breeze with Twitterrific 5. Version 5.6 also supports viewing images in private messages, however you cannot send images directly from Twitterrific, Twitter does not allow developers to do this.
The price is also a very pleasant change. For the first time since the release of Twitterrific 5.6, version 5 brings a reduction from the original 2,69 euros to a third. It is not yet clear whether this change in price is permanent.
