Quite a lot has happened today, not only in the IT world. In addition to the fact that Apple once again became the most valuable company in the world and at the same time acquired a record historical value, Tesla is also celebrating a similar success - it has become the most valuable car company at the moment. So, in today's tech roundup, we'll take a look together at how accurate Tesla is worth. Next, we look at new chips from Intel, more leaked information about the upcoming graphics card from nVidia, and finally we look at a leaked photo that refers to the PlayStation 5.

Tesla has become the most valuable car company in the world

If someone asked you about the most valuable car company in the world, you would probably answer Volkswagen Group. However, this is not true at all, as Tesla is becoming the most valuable car company after today. It's definitely not the first time you've heard about Tesla, but for those less familiar, it's a fairly young company that develops and manufactures electric cars. To get a simple picture of Tesla's value, you should know that this car company is worth more than General Motors, Ford and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles combined. Tesla also leaves behind Toyota, Volkswagen Group, Honda and Daimler. Specifically, at the time of writing this article, Tesla has a maximum opening price of around $1020, with a market capitalization of approximately $190 billion. If you follow Tesla shares in any way, you probably know that things are like a swing with them - sometimes all it takes is for Elon Musk to write a bad tweet and the shares immediately fall several times.

New chips from Intel

Today, Intel formally introduced its new processors that feature the 3D Foveros technology - specifically, these are chips that are called Intel Core processors with the new Intel Hybrid Technology. Specifically, Intel presented two chips - the first is the Intel Core i5-L16G7 and the second is the Intel Core i3-L13G4. Both processors have 5 cores and 5 threads, the base frequency is set at 1,4 GHz and 0.8 GHz, respectively. Turbo Boost is then a maximum of 3.0 GHz and 2.8 GHz respectively, both processors are equipped with LPDDR4X-4267 memories. In addition to the clock frequencies, the two processors differ from each other in the graphics chip, which is more powerful in the case of the Core i5 model. The processors are built on 10nm production technology, one core, designed for high performance, is from the Sunny Cove family, the other four cores are economical Tremont cores. These chips are intended for various mobile devices and are supposed to be competition for some ARM chips, for example from Qualcomm. These new chips support both 32-bit and 64-bit applications.

Learn more about nVidia RTX 3080

As part of yesterday's summary, we informed you that the first photo of an upcoming graphics card from nVidia appeared on the Internet, namely the RTX 3080, which is based on the Ampere architecture. Today, another photo of this upcoming graphics card - specifically its heatsink - appeared on the Internet, specifically on Reddit. The heatsink that appeared in the photo is absolutely huge and it is a design gem. Since this is most likely a Founders Edition cooler, we can finally expect some form of "redesign" with the arrival of this edition. Of course, the photo must be taken with a grain of salt - even though it looks very trustworthy, it could still be a "leak" from a completely different graphics card. On the other hand, these leaked photos are causing some turmoil within nVidia. Allegedly, this company is supposed to be looking for an employee who takes out these photos.

PlayStation 5 has been listed on Amazon

The entire gaming world continues to wait for the presentation of the new PlayStation 5. From time to time, various information about this upcoming console appear on the Internet - both official and unofficial. One of the latest "leaks" can be considered the listing of the PS5 on Amazon's website. This was reported on Twitter by user Wario64, who even managed to order the alleged PlayStation 5, in the 2 TB version. In addition to the 2 TB version, a 1 TB version also appeared on Amazon, but for the exact same price, namely 599.99 pounds, i.e. less than 18 thousand crowns. However, this price is most likely not final, precisely because of the two different storage variants that cost the same. We'll see how Amazon reacts to Wario64's order - but it will most likely be cancelled.
