Terraformers is a strategy building game where you try to turn Mars into a habitable world. At the same time, the game contains a huge number of different options to work towards the desired goal. In Terraformers, you will send out explorers who will advise you where the reserves of valuable raw materials are hidden on the red planet. The game itself plays a bit with what we know about the planet. You will thus routinely discover crystal caves or lava tunnels that will serve as a refuge for the first settlers.
But the main attraction is the terraforming itself. For that, the game prepares you a number of different technological inventions. You will be able to warm the cold planet, for example, by awakening volcanoes that have been dormant for millions of years or by building huge space mirrors that will reflect sunlight on the rusty Martian plain. But it's good to keep in mind while playing that the game is in early access. In addition to isolated errors, on the other hand, you can expect a flood of new content in the coming months.
