Next, you choose the languages in which you want to communicate and you can start using the application immediately. But how exactly does the help work? A blind user clicks a button in the application to call the nearest available volunteer. Sighted people receive a notification, after one of them picks up the call, the blind person's camera turns on. These two can communicate with each other and, if necessary, the blind person points the camera at, for example, products from which he needs to read information.

However, that is not all in terms of functionality. The company that develops this application also includes professional support, which can of course also be helpful. It only communicates in English, which can be annoying for many users, but on the other hand, it is available 24 hours a day. Furthermore, there are settings in the application where you can change the password, the languages used or customize the notifications. The last section, stories, shows some of the actions of specific volunteers, of course when they are uploaded here by a blind person or a volunteer.
