Techloop is an online job market, not a classifieds portal. The whole existing principle of job search is basically turned on its head, because on Techloop, companies directly apply for developers (and not the other way around), without headhunters and other intermediaries.
Developers looking for a new position remain anonymous until the first interview and have a lot of access to important information in advance, such as the salary offered, company culture and environment, projects and technologies used.
In addition, if the job seeker finds a position through Techloop, he will receive 500 euros as a starting bonus. The idea is to give the reward, which is normally "grabbed" by headhunters, back to the users of the platform instead.
