Pavel Jelic Press Release: Synology has been named PCMag's 2013 Business Choice winner for Work Servers/NAS for the sixth consecutive year since 2019, beating out other network storage vendors such as Dell and HPE for reliability and support.
With a score of 9,1 out of 10 in overall satisfaction and reliability, Synology has been ranked number one among enterprise network storage vendors for the sixth time. In the Net Promoter Score (a measure of brand loyalty), Synology received the highest score of 76, which was assessed as to how likely reviewers are to recommend the company, beating out other vendors such as Dell (scored 59) and HPE (scored 41).
"Synology provides a consolidated data management platform for IT administrators across all industries, so we are particularly pleased to win the Business Choice award and achieve higher ratings in the areas of satisfaction and reliability," said Simon Hwang, general manager of Synology's Asia Pacific region.
