The annual CES fair has been in full swing since the weekend, and in the following days we will see a whole range of new products that will be presented as part of this world-famous event. DJI was one of the first to take advantage of the start of the fair. No new (or upgraded) drones are likely to be unveiled at CES this year, but new versions of the popular stabilizer mounts for Mobile Phones, cameras and cameras.

The first news is a new version of the popular DJI Osmo Mobile mount, this time with the number 2. The most interesting change is the price of the new version, which is set at $129, which is a nice change from the first generation, which was sold for more than double. The novelty has an integrated (non-replaceable) battery with a lifespan of up to fifteen hours, a new button layout, is significantly lighter than its predecessor and allows you to hold the phone even in portrait mode. DJI Osmo Mobile 2 will be available exclusively through the official Apple online store from January 23. From February, it will be available via the DJI website, and later it will also be available in classic distribution.

The second new product, which is aimed more at a professional audience, is the DJI Ronin S. It is a three-axis stabilizer for SLR, mirrorless or cameras. The novelty should be compatible with all popular camera models, whether it is SLRs from Canon and Nikon, or mirrorless cameras from the Sony Alpha or Panasonic GHx series. Compatibility with various lenses is a matter of course. The Ronin S features dedicated gimbal and camera control buttons that offer multiple control modes. There is also a joystick for precise control, which you are used to, for example, from drone controllers from this manufacturer. This new product will be available in the second quarter of this year through the DJI website. The price has not yet been determined.
